We recently purchased 7 bottle baby Katahdin lambs. They range from 2 weeks to just 5 days old. The youngest three are currently in my bathroom. They will stay there until I feel they are Strong enough to be in the outdoors.
We have had chicks arrive via USPS. They will spend a few months in the brooder and then be incorporated into the flock. We are unsure of the breeds we have as this was one of the Mystery Straight Run assortments that many of the hatcheries have. It is basically what has not sold for a specific breed order so they put the extras of several breeds into a box for others to order and get guess the breed.
The Mangalitsa Piglets are doing well. They are starting to eat the feed we put out. They will be ready for new homes come the 21st of March.
